Our full privacy policy is being finalised and will be published here shortly. Until then, the summary below describes how SentrX actually handles data today, and it applies to your use of the service.

What SentrX does with your data:

We process the reviews, ratings and location details of the accounts you choose to connect, so we can display, analyse and report on them for you.
Connections use the platform’s own OAuth flow. We never receive or store your password for Google or any other platform, and the access tokens we do hold are encrypted.
Review text is sent to our AI provider to produce analysis, translations and reply drafts. The reviewer’s name is not included, and your content is not used to train any model.
Every reply is a draft. Nothing is published to a review platform unless someone on your team reviews it and chooses to publish it.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
This site and the dashboard run no analytics, tracking pixels or third-party tracking scripts. The one cookie we set keeps you signed in.
You can disconnect an account at any time, which deletes the stored access tokens immediately.
